I have been getting cyberstalked.
I realize one needs to copy evidence, report it to the isp's.
I have been flagging this person's posts.

I am wondering if DBS can look into this individual's ip and check to see if it is a proxy. If so, I am hopeful you could consider freezing this person's account. 95% of their posts are attacks on me with made up materials.

I am willing to go public. I am not looking to win money in a lawsuit, perhaps just win money to cover court costs.

I want to use the courts to uncover who these people are in real life.
Again. I have nothing to hide. I use one comp, I am not afraid to go public to bust up these cyberstalkers who appear to be on payrolls.

Thanks. You are correct that victims of cyberstalking have to find a way to not let it affect themselves psychologically. I am fairly thick-skinned at this point.

But if it continues here, I am just letting DBS know that I intend to find out who these people are in real life. If they want to bring their sadistic practices here, I am hopeful that DBS will do the right thing and put a stop to it. This is my warning to the cyberstalkers that if they wish to continue, they will be outed.

I would like to make a reply to this.
There is a group of people that this very individual that is making this claim of stalking has done to them this exact same thing he calls stalking . There are tons of copies made of him doing just that and worse. Jeff Reynolds has also left a post where he threatens to take down a board and to get all chemmies. THAT IS A HATE CRIME !
He has also posted as a lawyer and tried to publish that on another site which since has taken ot down but all these copies have been turned over to the authorities.
He may get his wish for a dayin court but it will not be on the side he thinks he will be sitting .
On this very site he has made a claim that another board is a hate board without the proff that came before or after from his said claim.
He has harassed all the posters on the chemtrail threads here as I am sure that many will also tell you moderator.
This is not the only site he does this at either and I am sure that other board moderators will be more happy to provide you with that information.
I think you have a case of the pot calling the kettle black going on here.
Please look into others OPs on this issue.

I have much evidance of him doing the stalking and making threats along with vile names being called by him at many site that I would be more then happy to show you.
Also you should take note of him telling posters here on your site that he is going to take legal action on them for this so called ctberstalking. He has made this threat to many here such as Halva ,Lou ,Footsoldier and Big Bunny.
He also has made threats to the owner of another board called CTC that he is going to sue him also. When all the eviadence points to him as doing all of the above. Including leaving a post threatening others and a board .
I am and will be glad to share this evidance with you thru a PM or a email as it contains so much material of his doing this exact thing all over the internet.
Personally , I was here this evening and left a post in another section and went to read in the current event section when I saw his frivulous post on that section.
I would like to have a board to post in peace and use my right to free speach without this kind of harassment.
As I am sure others will want also.
Lou has left this site and another one because of Jeffs harassment and now Halva will no longer post anything of importance here because of Jeffs harassment .
This is all this is plain and simple and it can be proved to you at any time you wish.
I would kindly ask that you put a stop to this kind of thing right away and I alo ask that before you allow someone to say BREAKING NEWS that is not true tat you remove it.

Has he threatened you in the real world? Sent you repeated E-mails &/or IM’s? Traced your IP address? Otherwise I don’t think you have much of a case for calling it cyber-staking. Cyber-stalking is different than just being an asshole, can you show where he crosses that line? You shouldn’t be the one to look for him in the real world first, do that only after you have reason to believe he is looking for you in the real world.

Yes there are seveal things that Jeff has done that crossed over the line from the internet into real life.
He posts peoples IPs on his site for one which I do think is crossing a major line and I am haveing certain emails that I have been lately recieving one of which had to do with my bank
investagated . That one is a federal crime.
There is also a investigation into peoples computers being hacked and a lot of evidance has lead most to believe that this was done by this so called Jeff here on this site and that is another thing that i being investigated at this very moment.
Along with many many more types of attacks that h has made that are real life crimes.
All people want is a place to post and discuss things in peace without all the nonesence that he does. He has been banned from many boards for doing what he does on this board.
Perhaps you might want to take ...well it would take hours but if you look at his site you will see tons and tons of him doing each and every thing he accuses peopl of doing and worse !
With that being said myself and some others are more then willing to show proff to the moderators here of all of this but it would take a lot of time for them to do so as there is so much evidance . All of it has been turned over to the proper authorities already regarding this.
By the way I posted a THREAT he made to bring down a board and to get all chemmies right here on this site to warn people of his threat. Oh by the way within hours of that THREAT he posted that board went down .
